KNOXVILLE, Tenn. -- Due to winter weather throughout the southeast, Purdue baseball's season-opening weekend at the University of Tennessee's Lindsey Nelson Stadium has been moved to a Saturday through Monday schedule. No games will be played on Friday, Feb. 14 as originally planned.

The Boilermakers will still play four games -- two apiece against Nebraska-Omaha and Tennessee. But instead of playing UNO Friday at noon, that game will now be played Monday at noon. The originally scheduled Saturday doubleheader and single game Sunday vs. Tennessee at 4 p.m. remain the same.

Tennessee and Omaha will now play Sunday at noon and Monday at 4 p.m. Tennessee athletics will offer free live video webcasts of all four games involving the Volunteers.

A complete weekend preview will be available Thursday at PurdueSports.com. Purdue is visiting Knoxville for the first time since the 2003 spring break trip.
