• Played in all 54 games, making 48 starts as a position player and four on the mound

• The only games he did not start were the senior day season finale and opening-weekend win at Georgia State
• Had a team-high 11-game hitting streak from Feb. 21 to March 12, igniting the streak with a game-winning, two-run double in the ninth inning of the comeback win at Georgia State
• Went 15-for-38 (.395) with three doubles and six RBI during the hit streak
• Played a central role in both of Purdue's walk-off victories, scoring the game-winning run on Alec Olund's bunt single in the 15th inning vs. Ohio and delivering the game-winning single in the 10th inning vs. Cal State Northridge
• Accounted for seven of Purdue's 18 outfield assists, recording three in the Michigan State series
• Also threw out 13 of 25 base stealers
• Started on the mound each of the first four weekends, joining Tanner Andrews as the first Purdue pitchers since 2013 to make their first career starts on the mound during a season-opening weekend
• Also pitched in relief three times
• Worked five innings against Kennesaw State and Cal, limiting the Golden Bears to two runs on five hits while making it into the sixth inning
• Had three hits, including a two-run double, in the win at East Tennessee State en route to hitting safely in all four games of the series
• Also hit safely in every game of the Kansas Tournament and series against Indiana, Ohio State and Northwestern
• Ranked second on the team in batting average (.277), hits (54) and multi-hit games (14) as well as third in RBI (26)
• Batted .300 with runners in scoring position and recorded nine of his 26 RBI with two outs
• With a runner on third and less than two outs, plated that runner in 10 of his 14 opportunities
• Batted .309 in true road games
• Recorded 12 of his 26 RBI in Big Ten play while throwing out eight of nine base stealers in his 10 starts behind the plate
• Reached base safely in six of his 13 plate appearances in the Nebraska series
• Had five hits, including an RBI triple, in the Northwestern series

• Four-year varsity letterwinner for coach Jared Voss at Joliet Catholic Academy in suburban Chicago
• East Suburban Catholic Conference Player of the Year and first team all-state honoree as a junior after batting .411 with four home runs and 35 RBI at the plate and going 7-1 on the mound
• Two-time Max Preps preseason All-American as an upperclassman
• Batted .401 with three home runs and 34 RBI at the plate while also compiling a 5-2 record on the mound
• Helped lead Joliet Catholic to the 2013 class 3A IHSA state title and the 2014 summer state championship
