2013 Season Big Ten All-Freshman Team... two-time Big Ten Freshman of the Week (March 18 & April 22)... Minch pitched in 16 games, making a start in each of Purdue's 14 weekends of action... recognized as the team's pitcher of the year and newcomer of the year... became the first Purdue freshman to make 10-plus starts on the mound since 2004... on two occasions, pitched in relief later in the weekend after a short start... made three series-opening starts in Big Ten play: at Penn State, vs. Northwestern and at Illinois...
