WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. - John Purdue Club Members: You spoke, we listened and we are acting!
The historical JPC "renewal" in the anniversary month of your initial joining the John Purdue Club has been a source of frustration for many of our donors. So, based on member feedback, we converted from monthly to semi-annual renewal dates. And, in an effort to make renewing your John Purdue Club membership even more definitive, more efficient and more in line with ticket renewal dates, we are making the final transition to the single renewal date every year of April 30.
But please don't worry! You may continue to give at the time that best fits your financial calendars, as long as it is prior to the April 30 deadline. For example, if year-end giving works best for you and your family, feel free to continue giving before the end of the calendar year, and we will make sure your gift counts toward the next membership year beginning May 1.
The John Purdue Club staff will continue to send email renewal reminders, and every member will receive an actual renewal letter in late November, allowing greater flexibility for our donors. Those who have not renewed by April 30 will be made "inactive."
Giving to support our Boilermaker student-athletes remains rather simple. Annual gifts can be made online or in the form of cash, checks, credit card, stock transfer or gift-in-kind. In addition, individual electronic funds transfers from credit or debit cards or from checking or savings accounts can be established based on the desired frequency and duration of the individual member.
