WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. - Purdue football season tickets for 2013 have been on sale for just over a week, and interest has been strong.
So far, there have been 3,000 new season tickets sold.
Interest has been particularly high in the South End Zone, where season tickets are priced at just $98. Less than 1,100 seats remain in that area, which accommodates 7,000 spectators.
With new head coach Darrell Hazell at the helm, a renewed enthusiasm surrounding the program and a sensational home schedule, you won't want to miss any of the thrilling action at Ross-Ade Stadium.
Season tickets are the only way to guarantee a seat for the Notre Dame, Nebraska and Ohio State games, plus they reflect a savings of up to 56 percent on projected single-game prices and are the best seats in the stadium.
The easiest way to renew or order is online:

For fans who want to renew or order season tickets in-person or via phone, the Athletics Ticket Office in Mackey Arena is open Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Phone: 765-494-3194 or 800-49-SPORT.
The priority deadline to renew tickets is May 1.
Prices are the same as last season for nearly 80 percent of the seats in Ross-Ade. Those prices are as follows: $273 for Touchdown, $175 for North End Zone, $98 for South End Zone and $119 for students.
A Legacy Fund has been implemented for 22 percent of the 62,500 seats in Ross-Ade, with the generated revenue going directly to support recent upgrades and future investments in the football program. Fans who purchase tickets in the Prime ($273 plus $250 annual seat donation) and Sideline ($273 plus $100 annual seat donation) are guaranteed the same price through the 2015 season as long as they renew annually. The Legacy Fund is not a personal seat license, which generally requires a multi-year commitment and permits the buyer to sell his seat to someone else.
Seats are allocated using the John Purdue Club priority point system. By joining the John Purdue Club, you can improve your seat location. Click here to learn more about "The Team Behind The Teams."
Premium seating in the Shively and Buchanan clubs also is available for the 2013 season. Contact the John Purdue Club at 800-213-2239 or click here for more information.
This season's home schedule is arguably the best in school history. It includes 2012 national champion runner-up and intrastate rival Notre Dame (Sept. 14), Orange Bowl participant Northern Illinois (Sept. 28) and Big Ten Conference powers Nebraska (Oct. 12) and Ohio State (Nov. 2).
