2010: Opened the season with a sixth place finish at the IPFW Invitational (9/11) with a time of 24:54.45; finished 31st at the Indiana Intercollegiate Championships (9/17) with a 26:14.70 time in the 8K; competed at the Pre-National Invitational (9/16) and finished in 26:07.40; placed 73rd at the Big Ten Championships (10/31) with a time of 25:40.50; ran a 33:32.40 at the 10K NCAA Great Lakes Regional (11/13).

High School: Four-year varsity letterwinner in cross country and track and field at Brownsburg High School; was the top-placing senior at the Indiana State High School Cross Country Championships in 2009, taking home third place individually; competed at the state track and field championships three times, taking eighth and 10th in the 3,200-meter run as a junior and sophomore, and placing sixth in the 1,600-meter run as a senior; set the Brownsburg High School 5,000-meter and 1,600-meter records with respective bests of 15:14 and 4:13.
