Four-year letterwinner in track and cross country; two-year letterwinner in swimming; cross country team won the Sectional Championship his first three seasons; earned Newcomer of the Year award for cross country his freshman year; was the cross country Sectional Champion as a sophomore with a personal record of 16:33; placed 21st at State in the 3200m his sophomore season; placed seventh at State in the 3200m as a junior; placed 19th at State in the 4x800m and 3200m as a senior; track team won the Sectional Championship his senior season; competed in the National Junior Olympics for cross country in 2006 and 2010; competed in the National Junior Olympics for track in 2006 and 2007.
