2012: Competed in six races on the season; finished in 6th place at the season opening Crusader Invite with a time of 19:37.8; ran his fastest time at the Big Ten Champs with 47th place time of 24:53.1; competed in the Indiana Intercollegiates finishing 29th and a time of 25:52.2; a 21st place time of 25:32 at the Sean Earl Loyola Invite; at the Adidas Invite he ran a 25:00; his last meet, the Great Lakes Regional, he placed 53rd with a 10k time of 32.23
2011: Began the season at the Illinois Invitation with a time of 20:04 on Sept. 2; at the IPFW Invitational finished with a time of 26:09.47 to help the team take first place; on Sept. 16 at the Indiana Intercollegiates finished with a time of 26:44 contributing to teams first place finish; at the IU East Cross Country Meet finished with a 27:11 helping the team finish first overall; on Oct. 16 finished with a 26:28 at the Pre-Nationals Race.
High School: Three-year varsity letter winner in cross country and two in track; co-captain for cross country and track teams his senior year; qualified for the Illinois Indoor State Championships in the 1,600m; clocked a career-best 1:59.7 in the 800m, 4:23.6 in the 1,600m, 9:30.0 in the 3,200m, and a 15:21 in the cross country three mile; was coached by Jim Alkens, Darius Sanchez, and Mike Bruce.
