2011:Started off the season with running a 15:55 at the Illinois Invitational; at the IPFW Invitational finished with 19:53.71 helping the team take first place; on Oct. 1 finished with a time of 19:32.31 at the Greater Louisville Cross Country Classic.
High School: Four-year varsity letterwinner in cross country and track and field at Kankakee Valley High School; three-time Most Valuable Player in cross country, three-time track most valuable runner; freshman year was a state qualifier and earned 4th place; sophomore year team qualified for state, senior year state qualifier.
Personal: Kristin Claire Fritts was born Aug. 14, 1992 in Kankakee, Ind.; is the daughter of Gary and Lisa Fritts; has two sisters Kaylie and Kourtney and a brother Cameron; enjoys running, water sports, hanging with friends and family; majoring in interior design.
