2014: Participated in five indoor meets, including the Big Ten Championships, also competed in five outdoor meets ... finished third in the 4x800m along with Tyler Wynn, Dan Porter, and Simon Rogers with a time of 7:46.55 ... took fourth in the 5000m at the Border Battle with a time of 15:16.12 ... PR for the 3000m stands at 8:31.18 and 14:45.20 in the 5000m.

2012: Took 1st at the Purdue Invitational (1/7) in the one mile run with a time of 4:22.12. Competed in the Big Ten Indoor Championships in the 3,000-meter run. Placed 12th at the SEC/Big Ten Challenge (3/23) in the 3,000-meter steeplechase with a time of 8:39.88. Placed 4th in the 1,500-meter run with a time of 4:01.05 at the Mike Poehlein Invitational (3/30-3/31)

High School:Four-year varsity letterwinner in cross country and track and field at St. Charles West High School; qualified for the Missouri State High School Cross Country Championships all four years, taking a high placing of 11th as a senior; qualified for the state track and field championships twice, placing 10th in the 1,600-meter run as a junior and taking 13th in the 3,200-meter run as a sophomore; earned valedictorian and national merit honors.
