Purdue Set to Host B1G Championships

The Boilermakers will host for the first time since 2004.

2013: As a freshman, threw the sixth-best shot put distance in Purdue history as he launched a throw of 18.58m (60-11.50) to finish second at the Fred Wilt Boilermaker Invitational; took firstat the IU Relays with a mark of 18.50m (60-08.50) in the shot put; won the bronze medal at the Big Ten Indoor Championships with a mark of 18.51m (60-08.75); took secondat the Purdue/Indiana Dual Meet with a throw of 17.60m (57-09.00); competed at the Meyo Invitational and finished thirdwith a distance of 17.46m (57-03.50); also competed in the weight throw; finished second atthe Purdue/Indiana Dual Meet with a distance of 18.16m (59-07.00); took thirdat the IU Relays with a throw of 17.65m (57-11.00); threw a season-best at the Big Ten Championship where he placed 13th with a mark of 18.75m (61-06.25); during the outdoor season, Blair placed firstin the shot put at the SEC-BIG Ten Challenge with a throw of 18.21m (59-09.00); took second at the Dave Rankin Invited with a throwof 17.51m (57-05.50); threw the discus at the Dave Rankin Invite and finished 10th with a throw of 41.67m (136-08).
