The Purdue Athletics promotions and advertising office manages the consumer marketing responsibilities for Purdue's 18 varsity sports teams. It oversees the development and implementation of advertising plans, ticket sales strategies, ingame entertainment, promotional collateral such as posters and schedule cards, and game premiums.

Streetfest
Fans, especially families, looking for fun before home games will want to check out the popular Boilermaker StreetFest. Meet-the-team events, inflatable games and interactive opportunities highlight the list of activities. Boilermaker StreetFest, which starts three hours before kickoff and this year is located on the west side of Lambert Field (baseball facility), is free and open to fans of all ages. For Homecoming on Oct. 3, StreetFest will be located in front of Lambert Fieldhouse in conjunction with other university festivities.

Boiler Walk
Be on the look out for the Boilermaker Football team as they travel from the Purdue Memorial Union to Ross Ade Stadium. The team will be traveling by bus past several of the tailgate lots so be sure to cheer them on as they pass by you. This year the team will unload the buses at the southeast corner of the R lot on the north side of the stadium and walk down University Street to their lockerroom located in the Intercollegiate Athletic Facility. The team will depart from the Memorial Union approximately two hours and 30 minutes prior to kickoff and will arrive in the R lot two hours and fifteen minutes prior to the game.

Don't miss the All-American Marching band pregame show at Slayter Hill beginning two hours prior to kickoff.
