CHICAGO – Purdue fans can tune into this summer’s second day of Boilermaker programming on the Big Ten Network on July 3.
The afternoon will feature back-to-back episodes of the original series The Big Ten’s Greatest Games, including the 1991 men’s basketball double overtime win vs. Michigan, which will air at 2 p.m. ET. The football team’s 1997 last-minute comeback win over Michigan State will air at 4 p.m. ET. The 1994 NCAA Tournament Sweet 16 game against Kansas will air at 8 p.m. ET. Purdue, led by Glenn Robinson, won the game by five points to advance to the round of eight. The 1998 Alamo Bowl victory over Kansas State will air at 10 p.m. ET.
The recent women’s golf conference championship victory will air at 6 p.m. ET. An episode of Big Ten Short Stories featuring Purdue’s best will air at 1 p.m. ET, and episodes of Purdue campus programming will air throughout the evening, including a documentary on John Wooden at 7:30 p.m. ET.
The day of programming is the second of three days dedicated to Boilermaker athletics and campus programming that will air this summer. Each university will have three days of dedicated programming on the network during the next two months.
Purdue previously had a full day of programming on June 24.
