Coming April 26: Purdue Day of Giving
April 21, 2017

WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. - Purdue University has set aside April 26 to celebrate its fourth-annual Day of Giving. Purdue Day of Giving is an annual university-wide effort to build a better, stronger, more affordable Purdue.

For 24 hours, students, alumni, faculty, staff, parents and friends come together to grant opportunities and transform lives. Through challenges, interactive leaderboards and a little good old-fashioned rivalry, participants are motivated to give back in hopes of pushing their favorite campus, college, school, program or unit to the top.

The year’s theme is “All Together.”

The John Purdue Club is involved in the Purdue Day of Giving. All fans are encouraged to make a gift to support Boilermaker student-athletes. Members can renew or upgrade their memberships today, ahead of the April 30 deadline, to count towards the day and earn bonus funds for Purdue Athletics.

Any size gift makes a huge impact and will be applied to your JPC membership. Starting at just $10, you can support Purdue Athletics and the John Purdue Club by making a gift online.

Please help us spread the word on social media and help build awareness and encourage other Boilermakers to support Purdue Athletics. Feel free to share and retweet the content posted on @PurdueSports and @JohnPurdueClub social media accounts. Be sure to use #PurdueDayOfGiving and tag @PurdueSports in your posts in all of your posts.

The mission of the John Purdue Club is to provide the financial support for all athletic scholarships, academic support and “special” facility projects. Gifts are not used to pay the salaries of athletics department employees.
